Explorica is a rapidly growing American company specialized in educational tours for high school students and teachers. We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to work in our Warsaw office responsible for European Operations. We are now recruiting for the following positions OPERATIONS COORDINATORS - Italy (Knowledge of Italian required) -France (Knowledge of French required) (temporary positions) • Booking and support for our European tours • Contacts with European suppliers and Explorica offices worldwide TOUR DIARY COORDINATOR (temporary position) • Operations support for Explorica’s web tour diary • Ensuring that our Tour Director Data base is regularly updated. TOUR DIRECTORS COORDINATOR (temporary position) • Checking tour floats and expense reports • Paying salaries • Dealing with all the financial aspects related to Explorica’s tour directors.
