Currently, the dynamically growing business is facing the next stage of its further development. We have decided to extend our team by the next, ambitious, self-motivated person, open for a new professional challenge. We are looking for : FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR The Front Office Coordinator is the face of the Tuscany Forever Residence and she/he is expected to meet the following high requirements: * Customer orientation; in direct relation or via internet she/he always is focused on customer satisfaction which is the biggest company asset, * Administration skills; customer registration, booking processing, planning of sub-contractors activity and reporting, * Booking management; a permanent focus on timely and accurately answers of customers enquiries, * Dealing with customer complaints or problems * Excellent communication with prospects, sub-contractors and team members, * Supervising team members on their daily tasks * Check-in check out procedures, * Events support, * Payments control, * Taking care of apartments outlook, equipment and a general cleanness. Profile: An ideal candidate is an open minded, constructively thinking person ready to face new challenges.
