As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen staff in various tasks including preparing and cooking food, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas, and ensuring food is properly stored. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of food items as directed by the kitchen staff Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils Wash dishes, pots, and pans, and put them away in the proper location Help with the set-up and clean-up of the dining areas Maintain inventory and notify kitchen staff of items that need to be replenished Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen staff or management Requirements: Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper or related position is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn
