Currently, the dynamically growing business is facing the next stage of its further development. We have decided to extend our team by the next, ambitious, self-motivated person, open for a new professional challenge. We are looking for: FRONT OFFICE MANAGER The Front Office Manager is the face of the Tuscany Forever Residence and she/he is expected to meet the following high requirements: Customer orientation; in direct relation or via internet she/he always is focused on customer satisfaction which is the biggest company asset, Administration skills; customer registration, booking processing, planning of sub- contractors activity and reporting, Booking management; a permanent focus on timely and accurately answers of customers enquiries, Dealing with customer complaints or problems Excellent communication with prospects, sub-contractors and team members, Supervising team members on their daily tasks Check-in check out procedures, Events support, Payments control, Taking care of apartments outlook, equipment and a general cleanness. Profile: An ideal candidate is an open minded, constructively thinking person ready to face new challenges.
