Role and responsibilities - plan, direct, coordinate the administrative functions of the organisation - develop and implement procedures and policies - manage contracts, contacts, external partnerships and resources - manage reports, statistics, inventory - ensure smooth operations and efficiency - process improvement - document management, record-keeping, scheduling, office supply management - create executive presentations - maintain positive customer relationships and support - compliance and policy implementation - stay up to date with changing trends, technologies, and regulations - support decision-making, planning and innovation 2.
