Join UP! Polska had been opened in October 2022 and successfully launched destinations to Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Tunisia, Cyprus, Spain, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Zanzibar. In general, the portfolio of Join UP! more than 40 directions. The tour operator's portfolio includes more than 7,000 hotels available for reservation, of which more than 250 are exclusive. Our mission is to encourage travel to change people's worldview. Due to active business expansion and sales growth we are looking for Head of Sales (B2B) in Warsaw. In this role you will be responsible for: -Build and develop decent sales strategy adjusted to market trends - Build and develope sales channels for company business goals fulfillment; - Build and maintain long-term and win-win relations with agencies with focus on ones with the biggest market share; -Actively promote the product and personally help to close the largest deals; -Actively participate in flight program development by delivering the competitors plans, market trends and insights; -Create sales plan & provide sales performance according to the market budget; -Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal sales reports to Management; -Capture problematic flight fulfilment/sales dynamic and prepare actions/tactics in advance -Analyse sales reports, make proper conclusions and implement activities -Coordinate between agents requests, operation and product team; -Provide direct communication with agencies via direct channels (Fb agency group, WhatsApp, newsletter); -Supervise meetings, webinars, roadshows, trainings, fam trips to grow sales channels; -Participate in events -Supervise and support MICE sales; -Build, grow and coach a team of area sales managers who will be responsible for certain regions, number of agencies and performances; -Build, grow and coach a function and a team of Help Desk to give a service for B2B and B2C purposes; -Create and search for new ideas/niches to maximize business result; -Coordinate with product & marketing teams for better performance; -Effectively utilize the CRM system to manage the sales process; -Follow industry-specific trends and landscapes. Professional experience and skills: - experience in tourism industry 5+ years is a must -grammatically correct speech -knowledge of local and English language -easily trained -stress resistant -teamwork skills -multitasking -energetic -persistent -open for growth. -Multitasking, analytical thinker, helicopter visibility, managerial ability, priority setting, perfectly organized, goal oriented, sales enthusiasm , out of the box thinker, structured.
