Ticketing Consultant Job Description: •Be part of a multi-lingual Ticketing operation (supporting UK & Germany) •Ensure tickets for lastminute.com customers in the UK & Germany are issued in a timely manner •Support all front line contact centre consultants with customer issues relating to ticketing •Act as the liaison with ticketing agents and suppliers when required to resolve customer issues •Ensure the correct financial reconciliation of the ticketing process Requirements: •A minimum of one year’s continuous full time experience within the last three years in airline ticketing, reservations, fare quotation and construction.
