Main Duties: •Cooperating and building positive relationships with various airlines •Keeping contact with ticketing agents and suppliers in order to helping clients to solve their problems •Supporting team members in matters of air ticket booking •In some cases contacting with individual clients •Making airlines reservations •Ensuring customers satisfaction Requirements: •Minimum 1 year of experience on a similar position (airlines ticketing, reservations, fare quotation). •Knowledge of standards IATA, ATA, ATAC •Knowledge of GDS systems: Sabre, Amadeus, •Fluency in English and German •We’re looking for people who are creative, innovative, and passionate about what you do •Who enjoy life full of surprises; •Would like to work in a multinational environment with the possibility of continuous growth; •Have the willingness to work full-time.
