New position. The selected applicant will be in charge of our new products: - Discount hotel rates system for companies - Loyalty hotel reservation program for steady customers of StayPoland.com. Duties: - Overseeing the semi-automated process of offering more benefits to company customers - To identify and to meet customer needs - Maintaining relations especially with existing customers - Active attitude towards finding new customers and best rate procurement - Contact with customers via telephone, email or personally - Reporting Skills & Experiences: - Desired proactivity (self-starter), effectiveness and a sense of responsibility - Experience in travel industry at least 3 years, ideally on sales related positions - Great communication skills in Polish and English (spoken and written) - Team player - Residence in Warsaw, Poland
