For more information about Sabre Holdings visit us on http://www.sabre-holdings.com For our rapidly growing Software Development Center in Krakow we are looking for : Business Development Analyst ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES: Collaborates with Customer on the new Products or Enhancements during the Conception phase of project Provides technical assistance in analyzing business needs, identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet Customer requirements. Configures system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing. Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Organizes and conducts tests of New Sabre Applications Provide trainings for Help Desk Department, support other departments in creation of training materials Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: B.S. or M.S. degree preferred, but not necessary Technical skills: Sabre or other GDS experience along with travel agency business processes knowledge required Ability to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements Ability to configure system settings and options. Ability to provide consultation to Customer on automated systems Ability to orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously in order to accomplish goals Ability to set appropriate milestones and demonstrating forward progress. Well developed and creative problem solving skills essential Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team with minimal supervision in a busy and demanding environment. Valued Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal. Very good interpersonal networking. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results. Strong analytical thinking. Setting and achieving goals. Balanced approach to work and personal life, positive attitude and a good sense of humor would be a plus.
