Job Description: • Be part of a customer orientated culture of lastminute.com/Holiday Autos brand aimed at building repeat business and customer loyalty • Build and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers • Answer calls and e-mails from customers and suppliers • Take ownership of all enquiries to ensure fast and efficient resolution • Ensure the customer is kept informed of any developments relating to their query until a full resolution is reached • Manage the fulfilment of our customers holidays/car rental bookings • Ensure every aspect of our customers booking is confirmed with our partners and that the customer has all the documentation they need for their booking • Sourcing of suitable alternatives for customer bookings to ensure the confirmation of the booking • Contribute positively to the team and the business Requirements: • University degree or final year student • Min.6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment • Experience in travel industry would be beneficial (knowledge of CRS or GDS) • Fluency in German and business level English are definite must haves • Customer orientation and passion for delivering service excellence • Ability to work pro-actively as part of a team • Ability to work to tight deadlines under time pressure with a positive can-do attitude • Outgoing personality Job benefits: • Private healthcare for employee and his/her family • Excellent training resources • Employee referral scheme • Life and long-term disability insurance • Memberships in sports clubs or other social clubs, tickets to entertainment or sporting events etc. If you\'re ready to discover how far your talents can take you with lastminute.com please send your CV to: recruitmentlastminute.com@sabre.com
