The Walt Disney Company (Polska) Sp. z o.o. for its business segment Parks & Resorts which manages and expands distribution of leisure travel offering of Europe’s No. 1 destination and leading theme park Disneyland Paris, is looking for a talented Sales Promotion Manager Eastern Europe and Turkey to further develop sales and distribution of trips to The Place Where Dreams Come True across the region. The candidate should demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, organizational and analytical skills, the ability to focus on and build solid relations with customers and work in a multicultural environment. Responsibilities - secure business growth and manage relations with existing Key Accounts across all territories (tour-operators, travel agencies, airlines) and their regular activities: implement offers, secure distribution, support visibility, provide educational programs, - develop scope of distribution in the entire region with new contract signings to secure business growth: as from initial negotiation phase through implementation towards regular business management of new Key Accounts, - develop local relationships and create synergies with The Walt Disney Company business units and large variety of its partners across all territories to create incremental demand on the market (media, retail, PR, events), - closely align strategies and initiatives with central teams based in Paris (marketing, sales, revenue management, finance, sales administration, legal, others) and provide clarity and understanding of local needs, - manage initiatives against defined budget & labor resources; plan-execute-report-evaluate, - define strategies and plan initiatives on mid-term (2 years) and short term basis. Challenges of the position - delivering against measured sales objectives, - keeping partners motivated and interested with Disneyland Paris, - thinking outside the box in a high competitive but conservative industry. Experience - extensive experience in leisure industry within multiple and diverse sales environment, - minimum 5 years of leadership experience in similar role, - management of complex commercial environment (multiple countries), - good marketing experience with brand commercialization within matrix organization is a plus. Constraints of the job - frequent travel abroad and within Poland, - high availability and managing work on one’s own, - the job is done mainly in English language.
