We have offices in Geneva, London, Luxembourg, Singapore, Sydney, Warsaw and Zurich. To strenghten our Warsaw office we are looking for: Junior Travel Officer You will be based in Warsaw to support our 7 offices in business trips arrangement and travel policy management. Your main responsibilities: - Domestic and international travel and hotel arrangement for the whole company. - Handle day-to-day management of employee’s travel program, coordinate reservation requests via telephone or e-mail. - Provide reports and analysis of travel patterns and overall spending. - Administration of the online business travel booking tool. - Development of Corporate Travel Policies. - Negotiation of group airline contracts and prices with international and local vendors. - Request proposals from hotels and negotiate contracts. Your qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. - Strong attention to details with the ability to set priorities. - A "can do" attitude, able to work under pressure, flexible. - Experience in handling high volumes of incoming bookings is a plus. - Good working knowledge of MS Office applications. - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
