Wezyr Holidays for its partner in EGYPT is looking for a person for the position of: GUEST RELATION JOB SUMMARY To contact with complainants or internal/external parties in order to solve/demand complaints and demands coming from guest, supplier (hotel, other suppliers) and third parties (official institutions, close environment) in relation with products and services of ODEON Tours RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To take complaints coming from complaints notification channels, to make records in Guest Pleasure Program, to inform complainant parties 2. To make first evaluation of complaints/demands and to determine categories of them, to direct them to departments which develop solutions considering “Major" and “Emergency Case" complaints 3. To search complaints and demands which necessitate simple solutions (analysis of catalogs, operational documents, if necessary contacting with guide/hotel/supplier and directing them), to appoint GP record for departments which develop solutions in complex situations and to follow situations 4. To forward decision about solutions to complainant parties orally or in written. To learn satisfaction of guest and to provide certification with Satisfaction Paper coming from guidance 5. To ensure necessary directions through coordination with related institutions in order to provide interventions about extraordinary situations on time, to forward situations to Quality Manager and Guest Relations Supervisor, to follow extraordinary situations until normal situations appear 6. To apply questionnaire on the phone in order to measure satisfaction of guest who have complained about process 7. In order to measure guest perceptions about process, to follow web sites in which guests forward their feedbacks after holiday and to report them periodically. 8. To do translations of guest questionnaire to related languages, and of documents coming from other departments in order to meet translation demands 9. To do reports about process performance and to make suggestions about process improvement 10. To fulfill duties and responsibilities related to Quality Management, Environment, Job Health and Safety, Customers Satisfaction Systems in accordance with definitions in related Handbooks and Quality Management System documentations Interested candatides are asked to send CV for mail: reps@wezyrholidays.pl
