For our Top Client Qatar Museums Authority from Qatar who is administrator of high class restaurants and hotels (5 stars) we are looking for experienced candidates focused on perfect customer service and having the involvement for the position in Food& Beverage area: Restaurant Manager Localization: Doha, Qatar Salary: 10 950 QAR (1 PLN= 1,20 QAR) Responsibilities: • Encourage and build trust, respect and cooperation among team members • Accomplish restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, assigning, scheduling, coaching, training, counseling, and disciplining employees • Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures • Achieve restaurant operational objectives by contributing with information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews • Implement production, productivity, quality, and service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change • Meet restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures • Update job knowledge and apply new techniques to a job • Be in charge of F&B activities (cocktail reception, conference, banqueting and outside catering) as assigned by the General Manager • Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager • Handle complaints according to guidelines and so that it leaves customers satisfied and impressed • Support the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen • Balance the register at the end of the shift ensuring a high level of accuracy and correctness • Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol policies are implemented • Maintain hygienic food handling practices and cleanliness of all waiting and bar staff • Maintain and report on bar stock levels and security • Maintain wage costs within guidelines and customer spending above agreed figures; • Carry out any other duties as advised from time to time. Requirements: • Prior experience in Fine Dining or Speciality Restaurants in Five Star Hotels or Upmarket Restaurants • Four years of experience at the same designation • Knowledge of English at a good level • Previous exposure in a multicultural work environment • Formal training in F&B Service/ Hotel or Restaurant Management • A proven track record corroborated by service certificates • Good references • Excellent inter-personal skills as well as communication skills • Positive attitude • Willingness to work and learn Offer: • Employment on the basis of one year contract by government entity, possibility of extending the period of cooperation • Rewarding salary and compensations • Accommodation (type of accommodation depending on job title/salary grade) • Transportation to and from work • On -duty staff meals • Medical insurance • 30 - 45 days annual leave (depending on job title/salary grade) • Return Flight ticket for annual leave (to home country) • Flight ticket to and from Qatar at the beginning and end of contract • International working environment from all over the world Contact: Please send your CV in English and Polish to krakow@lugera.com with Restaurant Manager in the title.
