WHERE? Fuertaventura, Canary Islands, Spain WHEN? Position available all year round DURATION: minimum 3 months HOW MANY HOURS? Full-time, 40h/week The tasks are varied: - Check-in/Check-out - Inicident Management: Provide solutions for unforeseen events like late check-out, extensions or early departures - Interacting in a courteous and professional manner with guests and hotel staff - Assisting in taking reservations - Cooperation with Reservations, Public Relations and other departments to coordinate tasks - Answering questions related to the hotel, the premises, events and leisure offers - Complaint management, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times We are looking for:  Studies: Business, Languages, Tourism  Languages: VERY GOOD ENGLISH + SPANISH We offer:  Remuneration: 200€/month + accommodation + food APPLY NOW!
