Exciting, challenging, rewarding in amazing Serco Team… … words that sum up the working day at Serco Step into the adventure and join international Team as MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS SPECIALIST (MIS) Ref. no.: MIS/TI/042015 Place of work: Kraków Main responsibilities: • Tracking all Offline activities on real time basis • Capturing downtimes on process level basis and escalating to proper departments (i.e. OPS, IT) • Capturing Real Time Issues affecting Call Center Performance and reacting/escalating to Operations Teams • Managing attendance and capture exceptions on real time basis • Responsible for process analysis and proposing improvements thru automation/programming reports/excel sheets, etc. • Responsible for ad hoc and regular reporting • Cooperation with all departments of the company • Work as a member of the Support Team to achieve the business goals and objectives Benefits: • Competitive salary (plus extra bonuses) • Private medical care for you and for your family (including dental care) • Attractive benefits package - cafeteria benefit system (Multisport Card, Gift Cards) • Full-paid appropriate certified training • Relocation package and bonus for commuters • Employee Referral Award Program • A multicultural, environment with great working atmosphere Candidate profile: • Minimum 1 year of experience on similar position (reporting and/or analytical capacity) • Experience in a MIS role in a contact center type organization - will be an advantage • Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel including VBA • Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage • Excellent analytical and reporting skills • Very good command of the English language (minimum B2) • Graduate from Institute or University (Math/Science Bachelor’s degrees desirable) • Familiar with WFM tools (e.g. Avaya CMS) desirable • Focus on the details to provide reports with the highest quality • Good verbal and written communication skills • Confident, flexible and results oriented approach • Flexible with shift working pattern (Mon - Sat; 8:00 - 16:30; 11:30 - 20:00) - will be an advantage Send your application in English to: applyjob.serco@serco.com For more information visit us: www.sercopoland.com Facebook: Kariera w Serco
