MAIN DUTIES Selling holidays over the phone. Making outbound calls to customers to secure sales leads. Achieving or exceeding departmental objectives relating to profitably, productivity and sales performance. Attending organised training sessions, either in-house or at external venues and participating in overseas visits as required. KEY SKILLS Previous experience of working in a sales role for a tour operator or travel agency. Proven record of achieving sales targets. Excellent knowledge of popular travel destinations. Ability to work under pressure of time. Excellent communication skills. Excellent written and spoken English.
