As a member of the EMEA team, you assist a team of consultants who deliver sourcing projects. You are involved in every phase of the sourcing engagement, from project preparation to notifications to suppliers and distribution. You are an expert of the sourcing tool. Mission • Hotels RFPs follow up • Hotel suppliers support and education, including chases, negotiations and notifications • Data loading • Administration of CWT Hotel Solutions RFP tool, hotel bids loading and quality proofing • Administrative follow up • Maintain a comprehensive suppliers and clients data file for all assigned projects • Proactively communicate information to consultants and escalate potential issues in a timely and professional manner • Participate to CWT Solutions Group weekly calls • Data analysis • Help Business Analysts & Consultants in delivering appropriate report to optimize client spend • Provide assistance to the consultants and to suppliers, in accordance with the project plans.
