Firma Look For Staff PRO, obecnie dla swojego Klienta, firmy działającej w sektorze usług business travel, poszukuje osoby na stanowisko: European Refunds Consultant Place: Warsaw Overall Objective: Provide effective control for the processing of all administration procedures relating to client refunds. Key Tasks: • Calculating all received refunds within an agree timescale, • Processing all refunds through the GDS (Travelport), • Liaising with Branches and Airlines to ensure that all refunds are completed in a timely manner, • Meet agreed deadlines for the return of all statements and query sheets received from Finance, • All targets are achieved or exceeded, • All client payment and refund processes are followed within their specified timescales, • Client/Cost Centre is kept informed of refund status, • Enquiries are made to Airline by telephone, facsimile, letter or email to ensure refund process is within specified timescales. Qualifications & Experience: • Completed the relevant Travelport Fares Course (nice to have), • In depth knowledge of fares with expertise in rules, regulations, routing and cancellation policies (nice to have), • High school mathematics pass or work experience demonstrating competency in numeracy (nice to have), • Knowledge and understanding of procedures for refunds, • Excellent oral and written communication skills (any additional languages an advantage), • Computer competence with word, excel and outlook programmes.
